Email Support
We provide technical support exclusively via email to address queries related to the installation, configuration, and use of the software.

Free Updates
Free updates will be available for a period of one year, starting from the date of license purchase. This benefit includes updates for both minor versions and new major versions of the software, if available during this period.

Reinstallation Policy
Should you require a new license key due to hardware changes (including hard drive formatting, disk replacements, or computer replacement), a reactivation fee of 10% of the software’s current license price will apply per request.

License Usage Limitation
The software license is valid for exclusive use on a single device. Installation on multiple devices is not allowed under the same license unless an additional license is purchased or prior agreement is made with the provider. Non-compliance with this restriction may result in the revocation of the license without refund.

No Recurring Payments
The license purchase is a one-time payment. No recurring payments, subscriptions, or fees are required for the use of the software, except for optional charges that may arise, such as those described in the reinstallation policy.
